Hi I’m Hilary and I created this podcast as an accompaniment to my book, Dorm to Doorstep, as a way for people to manage anxiety, get grounded, practice gratitude and set an intention for the day all in 3 minutes or les. New meditations are released Monday through Friday, with CORE meditations on Mondays, focusing on simple gratitude and intention setting, and themed meditations Tuesday through Friday, each centered around a specific word.
